Dear Mr Claus,
since summer this year we are proud owners of a 3 m long, two-storey
Thermal bridge from your individual production. After a very short time of using the bridge on our kitchen pass of our large à la carte restaurant, we can tell you that we are very happy and satisfied with the product.


Our initial doubts as to whether the relatively high investment would pay off have now been dispelled without a trace. Our 6 chefs are all very positive about the excellent workmanship, the very pleasant handling and the greatly reduced heat emission from the new bridge. The quality of the food remains 100% even over a longer service life. The automatic plate recognition is sensational and it is a real pleasure to work with the product.


In terms of energy saving and heat emission we have not seen anything comparable so far. Finally, we would like to thank you very much for this great innovation.

Dear Mr Claus
Since November 2017 we have 2 CLAUSHEATEDGANTRIES in daily use. The gentle warmth is particularly worth mentioning, as drying out food is a thing of the past. This is a real innovation in the field of thermal bridges. In addition, the plate recognition is a real plus, because we do not use any unnecessary electricity and do not generate any unnecessary waste heat.

Dear Mr Claus,

With this letter I would like to thank you for the CLAUSHEATEDGANTRIES we have received from you.

Even the first generation, with a simple on/off switch, has brought us a great saving of electrical energy thanks to the excellent lamps with a short reaction time.

For more than 4 years now we have been working with the 2nd generation, if I may call it that. The system with the fast reacting photocells is for me one of the best on the market. The energy savings have proved to be true and the amortisation is realistic with about 1 to 1.5 years. The food remains appetizing without skin formation is fresh and above all hot, which takes pressure off the service and brings a satisfied guest.

The light from darker lamps is practically unnoticeable in the service area, even if the light is dimmed – all in all, an excellent, well thought-out product. In all this time we have not had to replace a single lamp, which speaks for the durability and quality of the heat lamps.

A revolution in the kitchen

The Claus heat bridge is a real revolution in catering: no more enormous waste heat, which takes a lot of pressure off the cooks. The products are kept warm gently, which brings direct added value for the guests. The automatic plate recognition also saves a lot of energy and thus makes a contribution to the environment.

None of our customers would reproduce the Clausheatedgantries. The added value for customers, employees and not least for the operator is striking.

I would like to thank you very much for the professional advice, the delivery and the installation of the CLAUSHEATEDGANTRIE you have made especially for us.

The given conditions with a hot serving area of just over 4 metres were certainly a challenge, especially as parts of this area were also to be used for the cold starters. We have been using these thermal bridges in our main restaurant and the pool bar for several weeks now and I can tell you, dear Mr. Claus, nothing else but that I am very satisfied. No matter whether it is the daily cl la Carte business, the breakfast buffet or our buffet theme evenings. The food stays warm and does not dry out, the food that is kept warm does not lose its colour and the sauces do not form skin. In addition, I can tell you that we have found a very good solution for hot and cold serving with the individually switchable heat lamps. Thanks to the individually switchable heat lamps and the plate recognition system, we achieve additional savings in energy costs.
